Many people are unaware of the serious damage that years of neglect can cause your patio or driveway, weeds and moss take hold looking unsightly and making areas slippery and much more dangerous.

We start with a thorough professional clean of the area using a rotary cleaning system under high pressure. This removes the build up of moss, weed, grime and algae but keeps the mess under the cover of the cleaner, edges are cleaned with a lance. Then the area is washed down and debris removed between the blocks.
All of our equipment is maintained to a very high standard and we will always take the greatest care when pressure cleaning.

Once the surface has dried out (usually takes 48 hours, so needs a couple of dry days in a row ) we return to brush in monoblock sand into the area. The re-sanding process uses sterile fine golden coloured sterile dried sand (no seeds etc). This is brushed into the joints, stabilising the blocks, keeping plant seeds out and enhancing the overall appearance.

Finally, we clean away the excess sand and your monoblock paving is left as good as new. A similar process is carried out when cleaning flagstones, patio's, decking and most hard surfaces.
