Before
A clean driveway or patio may enhance the value of your property and enable you to get a quicker sale. First impressions are important and a dirty driveway may put off a potential buyer.
Many people are unaware of the serious damage that years of neglect can cause your patio or driveway.
Step 1
We start with a thorough professional clean of the area using either a standard pressure washing system or a rotary cleaning system under high pressure. This removes the build up of moss, weed, grime and algae.
All of our equipment is maintained to a very high standard and we will always take the greatest care when cleaning stonework.
Step 2
Once the surface has dried (which can take up to 24 hours, but this depends on the weather) we return to apply sand to the monoblocks. The re-sanding process uses kiln dried sand. This is brushed into the joints, adding to the stabilisation of the blocks.
Step 3
Finally, we clean away the excess sand and your paving is left as good as new.
